Rotamen Modules

Rotamen is a cutting-edge platform that centralizes field workforce data, transforming human experience into a system-driven learning process that fuels automation and digitalization. By enhancing your organization’s memory, Rotamen drives long-term operational excellence.

Data and Order/Fleet Management

It enables fast and easy data transfer via API or Excel, allowing address-to-coordinate and coordinate-to-address conversion for Depot, Points, Orders , Merch/Driver, Fleet Attributes for settings KPI constraints.  

 

The key operational details are input and managed, such as opening and closing hours of locations, vehicle capacities for fleets,  criticality levels of locations, order priorities, and depot characteristics etc.

Lucy' - VRP - KPI - Objective Functions Manager

This module where all operational rules are defined, enabling the adjustment of KPIs such as distance, vehicle usage, overtime reduction, SLA compliance, tachometer alignment, vehicle load optimization, and balanced distribution in secondary operations with weekly frequency planning.

 

Additionally, it balances orders and working days, manages unvisited routes, and adjusts criticality based on day, location, or job type. This allows for precise control and optimization of resources, ensuring efficiency across various operational constraints.

Lucy - Go- Event Manager and Order Planning

Lucy provides a comprehensive set of algorithms and interfaces that allow the creation of the most efficient and feasible route plans. After developing the plan, it integrates with the entire operation, enabling seamless workflow management between mobile and field teams.

 

The module includes features such as event management, job lists, and the ability to verify if orders have been correctly assigned to vehicles. It ensures that the entire process—from order assignment to execution—is aligned with business workflows, using real-time map-based interfaces to monitor and control all activities.

Mobile Apps

These are IOS and Android native applications designed to manage and track daily operations for field users. After receiving their task lists, users can track delivery progress, measure performance, and handle unplanned tasks.

 

Features include signature capture, POD, EOD, Face recognition, off-line mode, delivery with passcode, and flexible changing options like "leave to neighbor." In cases of issues, automated interactions with customer representatives ensure smooth resolution. The apps also provide real-time tracking, update job statuses, and generate data for reporting, integrating with necessary operational systems to maintain workflow efficiency.

Lecy Live Operations-Replan-Learning

This is an operational module designed to manage and monitor job compliance after tasks are assigned. It handles notifications based on warning messages, such as long waiting times, distance from the address, or signal loss.

 

The module also enables status-based map markers to track task progress and automates the assignment of unplanned jobs to the correct vehicle, minimizing the need for phone calls. Additionally, it manages tasks like auto-assigning orders, based on operational criteria, improving efficiency through automated decisions and tracking.

Allerts Management

This module is managed through an admin panel where each user can adjust alert messages and control levels based on region-specific operational authority. Positive and negative outcomes are scored and reported. Alerts integrate with the Earnings Module, Mobile Apps, Lucy, Lecy, Reports, and Vehicle Tracking systems.

 

It handles operational scenarios like signal loss, delivery to distant points, SLA delays, and uncompleted tasks, providing visibility and management of these issues through customizable alerts, tailored specifically to the organization's operational requirements.

Earnings Reconciliation

​This modul designed to facilitate the reconciliation process between drivers and companies. This module helps track deliveries, monitor driver performance, and compare planned vs. actual deliveries or routes. It also ensures accurate financial reconciliation, compliance with rules, driver performance measurement and management.

 

Such as driver payments, fuel expenses, and other related costs.

 

By automating these processes, the module improves transparency, reduces errors, and enhances operational efficiency for logistics and transportation companies.

This module also have interactivity with Rotamen other intelligent modules and report. This module managed by system admin module.

Telematics Integration

Rotamen has a flexible structure that can quickly integrate with vehicle tracking systems. We can monitor and report whether a vehicle is in the designated area according to the weekly plans, if operations are progressing in line with the plan, and whether there will be any delays. For customers who do not use our mobile application, this integration can be added to provide more comprehensive tracking of operations.

With Rotamen mobile app and vehicle tracking information helps to create strengthen detailed location based reports. Performance reports are enhanced by incorporating data such as speed, stop times, and sudden braking. In sensitive cases like cold chain transportation, we generate special alert messages, such as for temperature control issues.

Tracking- SSL Link

You can use the SSL link in channels where order progresses and status updates are communicated. The order stage bar allows you to provide detailed, real-time information on a live map, tailored to your needs. SSL link management is configured and controlled through the Admin Panel, specifically customized for your operations, ensuring secure and efficient tracking of all orders.

This is an interactive module where real-time change requests from customers, such as delivering orders to a different address or rescheduling for a different time, are instantly communicated to the field. It also manages alerts and provides dynamic re-planning capabilities, ensuring smooth adjustments to operational plans while keeping all parties informed. This enables flexible, real-time responses to customer requests, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Planned vs Actual Reports

In a system designed with this level of detail, travel time, stop duration, and the order in which tasks were completed or not completed can be viewed in a single report, both in real-time and historically. Differences and compliance between planned and actual operations are made visible and measurable through map-based reports, displaying all location traces.

 

This visibility is enabled by Rotamen mobile applications or data obtained from vehicle tracking systems, allowing for comprehensive tracking and performance measurement across the entire operation.

Customized Dashboards

Drivers often encounter various issues in the field that require approval, and communication-related delays in these situations can sometimes result in customer dissatisfaction or loss of efficiency. To address this, when a customer requests information about their order, quick responses can be provided through automated replies within this module. To prevent these problems and enable data-driven management of decisions made during phone calls, a Call Center Module has been developed.
